How does delivery work?

 

The products featured on our website are shipped directly from our suppliers located in the USA, China, Sweden and Germany.

The estimated average delivery time for products is 15 to 20 working days, and there may be variations in the term due to postal strikes, as well as other factors beyond our control.

All purchases have a tracking code that will be sent to the customer's email within 5 working days, which can be followed from departure from the country of origin to arrival at your home.

Delivery is always made by Correios, however, in some cases, such as absentee recipients, regions with delivery restrictions, among other reasons, Correios may leave a notice to pick up the products at the agency closest to the address provided.

Based on our experience, 85% of products are delivered within 25 days of posting.

If the order is 2 or more products, they may be sent in separate shipments and a tracking code will be issued for each product.

We ask you to be careful when filling in the delivery address to ensure that it is made within the established period. Remembering that it cannot be changed after 24 hours of placing the order on the website, because within that period the product is already separated for shipping, and it will also not be possible to cancel the purchase after 24 hours.

As it is an international order, the tracking information on the Correios website may occur between 3 to 5 business days after the tracking code information.
Completion of the delivery address must be reviewed by the buyer before confirming the purchase, and if the product is returned due to an incorrect address or insufficient data, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer. In case of attempted delivery by the Post Office without result, remaining at the agency available to be picked up, but not being returned to the sender abroad. After confirmation of resending, the delivery period will be valid from the date of this confirmation, which will be registered in the order register.

As it is an import service, any and all goods are subject to bureaucracy or customs duties.

The company Cipla´s is ​​responsible for possible costs (fees, charges and taxes) added by the government. The taxed customer has 48 hours to contact the company, sending the completed document to the post office that corresponds to the taxation.

In case of resending, a new delivery period will apply.
